How You'll Make an Impact
Pediatric care: Provide well-child visits, same-day sick visits, and follow-ups, performing age-appropriate histories and exams and assessing growth and development.Diagnosis & treatment: Order and interpret pediatric diagnostics and develop treatment plans under clinical protocols.Prevention & immunizations: Administer and counsel on immunizations and preventive care guidelines.Family education & screening: Educate parents and guardians on nutrition, sleep, milestones, and safety, and screen for developmental, behavioral, and psychosocial concerns, coordinating referrals as needed.Tech-enabled documentation: Document care in the EMR with AI tools and support quality improvement focused on pediatric outcomes.
