The Department of Surgery at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and The Division of Pediatric Plastic Surgery at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Childrens Hospital of Chicago seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor.
Responsibilities include performing surgical and non-surgical procedures for the pediatric populations.
Qualified candidates will have completed a fellowship proving a significant experience in plastic surgery, preferably with additional experience in hand surgery and microsurgery. This individual will provide services in general pediatric plastic surgery as well as hand and microsurgery across the Chicagoland area.
The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
The expected base pay range for this position is $470,000-$700,000.
Lurie Childrens Hospital and Northwestern University has provided a pay range representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for the position. The pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including years since terminal degree, training, and field or discipline; departmental budget availability; internal comparators; and external market pay for comparable jobs.
