We're hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in, Missouri. You'll work one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing the kind of focused, skilled care that's nearly impossible to deliver in a facility setting.
The Details
- 1:1 patient ratio — one nurse, one patient, every shift
- Multiple pediatric cases currently open in the area, so we can often match you to a schedule that fits your life — days, nights, or weekends
- Cases vary in acuity; many involve trach, ventilator, or G-tube care, so experience with complex pediatric needs is a plus
- Pay discussed at interview and based on experience

What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home
- Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring

Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Pediatric experience, home health experience, or experience working with medically complex children preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training
- Experience with EMR charting is a plus.
