A highly ranked and nationally recognized pediatric institution is adding to its team
Practice Highlights:
- 255-bed, Level I Trauma Center and Level IV NICU
- 6 Pediatric Pulmonologists (PdPs), 4 experienced, highly trained Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Outpatient Clinics: 3 weeks per month
- Inpatient Consults: 1 weeks per month
- No admitting service responsibilities!
- Call: 6 paid weekends per year
- Minimal call burden - rare in-hospital duties
- Faculty appointment through the state University

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: Up to $300,000 (commensurate with role, rank, experience)
- Signing Bonus: $25,000 - $50,000
- Call Pay Stipend: $3,000/month ($36,000/year)
- Medical Directorship Stipend: $15,000 - $20,000
- Time Off:
- 24 PTO days/year
- 12 sick days/year
