Pay: $60/hour
Setting: In-home (Pediatric Client)
Schedule:
- Sunday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Monday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with the plan of care
- Perform ongoing assessments and monitor for changes in condition
- Provide specialized care (including line care, infection prevention, and treatments as needed)
- Ensure patient safety and comfort in the home environment
- Communicate effectively with family and care team
Requirements:
- Active Georgia RN license
- Pediatric or homecare experience preferred
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate
