Pediatric RN – Home Health (1:1 Care)

What You’ll Do

Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in a home health setting, supporting patients with their daily clinical needs in the comfort of their home.You will work directly with pediatric patients and families, building consistent and meaningful care relationships. Patient assignments are based on skill, availability, and fit.

Pay & Schedule

• $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)
• Day and night shifts available
• Night differential for 7P–7A shifts
• Weekly pay
• Lubbock, TX

Requirements

• Active Texas RN license
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience
• Pediatric, home health, or private duty experience preferred (not required)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license
