Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one nursing care in home care

• Provide direct care to infants, children, and adolescents per physician orders

• Perform assessments and document clinical notes accurately

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies

• Educate and support patients and families on care and prevention

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality outcomes

• Respond promptly to changes in condition and emergencies

• Provide ventilator, trach, oxygen, feeding tube, catheter, and ostomy care

• Accompany and support pediatric patients in school for one-on-one nursing care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program

• Active New York State RN license (required)

• Current CPR certification

• Minimum 2 years pediatric nursing experience (acute/critical care required; home care/school nurse experience preferred)

• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide compassionate, family-focused care
