Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and looking for passionate, skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team in Jersey City, NJ. We have multiple pediatric home care cases available now, offering steady hours, meaningful 1:1 care, and the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you.

Whether you prefer daytime, evening, or weekend shifts, our supportive pediatric clinical team ensures you feel confident, prepared, and backed every step of the way.

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care — Deliver compassionate, developmentally appropriate care that supports each child’s comfort, safety, and daily needs in the home.

RN: $45/hr

• Active New Jersey RN License

• Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
