Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) – Evening & Weekend 1:1 Care (Nutley, NJ)

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled one‑on‑one care for a 12‑year‑old girl in Nutley, NJ. We have immediate openings for evening and weekend shifts, offering consistent hours and strong support from our pediatric clinical leadership. You’ll always have the guidance you need to feel confident and supported on the case.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide evening & weekend pediatric care — Ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and clinical needs are met during non‑school hours.

Pay Rate

RN: $45/hr

What You Bring

  • Active New Jersey RN License

  • Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)

  • Current BLS Certification

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Valid driver’s license preferred

  • Physical exam within 12 months

  • PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

  • Proof of MMR within 10 years

  • Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
