Infinite Care Plus is eagerly seeking skilled and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse to join our team of Home Care Professionals
The qualified Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) must possess a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills and have the ability to work effectively in any setting to deliver high-quality of nursing care, ensuring patient safety, and promoting health education
The responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) are but not limited to: observation, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of the nursing care plan
Other duties may include educating patients and their families about proper treatments, administering prescribed medications, gastric tube, ventilator, tracheostomy care and other tasks
- Located in Waipahu - Pediatric Skilled Nursing tasks include but not limited to: Ventilator , JT Feeding, GJT, Medication administration, pulse oximeter and oxygen saturation, incontinence care - Client H.B - Mon, Tue and Fri: 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm - Client P.H.C - Tues or Thu 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm or 5:00 pm -9:00 pm
Duties and Responsibility
- Skilled and experienced with medication management, tube feeding, tracheostomy care, ventilator with confidence and little to no training/shadowing is highly preferred and a great plus ! - Provide Skilled Nursing services to include monitoring of the clients health by performing vital signs checks, evaluating medical history - Assess client's condition each visit, documenting your observations and report any changes in health - Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures - Dress and/or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing - Listen to the patient and respond to concerns/requests - Coordinate with physicians, specialists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and anyone else involved in the client's care plan - Follow up with executing and properly documenting physicians orders - Adhere to all federal and state regulations and guidelines - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of client information
Basic Job Qualifications
