Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Illinois
Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) for Illinois
Experience or strong interest in working in school settings (K-12)
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
Open to SLPs with a healthcare, pediatric, or education background
Bilingual (Spanish) applicants encouraged, but monolingual SLPs welcome
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with a range of speech and language needs
Design individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver targeted therapy sessions
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Provide direct and consultative services, documenting progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
Support students across varying grade levels within a K-12 caseload
