Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain it
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or currently completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Previous experience with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and screenings of students' speech, language, and communication abilities
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educational teams and families
Provide direct, evidence-based therapy services to students individually or in small groups
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
Consult with classroom staff, teachers, and parents to support integration of therapy goals in daily activities
Attend IEP meetings and participate in professional development or team planning as needed
