Qualifications and Experience:
Current SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Proven background in pediatric speech and language therapy, preferably within school environments
Teletherapy experience or openness to hybrid/remote work models
Confident adapting your approach to a diverse student population across multiple grade levels
Strong communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educational staff
Excellent documentation habits and familiarity with IEP processes
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic intervention for students with a spectrum of speech, language, and communication needs
Develop and update individualized education plans in partnership with teachers and parents
Deliver therapy sessions-both in-person and virtually-adjusting strategies to maximize student engagement and measurable progress
Manage caseloads efficiently, maintaining thorough records and timely reports as required by the school and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and ongoing progress monitoring
Provide guidance to staff and families to promote language development across daily activities
