Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: AAMC-benchmarked base depending on rank. Structured, transparent, and tied to one of the most respected compensation benchmarks in academic medicine.
Generous Bonus: Unlimited productivity upside after year one - incentive bonus paid per wRVU above the 50th percentile, eligible twice per fiscal year.

Qualifications
Degree: MD or DO
Certifications: BC/BE in Sleep Medicine required
Licensure: Illinois licensure eligible required
Skillset: Polysomnogram interpretation neonates through adolescents; NICU sleep consult willingness non-negotiable; nocturnal ventilation management preferred
Sponsorship: H1B & J1
