Let’s Talk Pediatrics is a growing pediatric private practice in Boise, Idaho. We have recently expanded our clinic space and are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as an independent contractor.

Founded in 2022, Let’s Talk Pediatrics serves children from infancy through adolescence and values neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered care. We believe therapy should be individualized, relationship-centered, and sustainable—not driven by unnecessary productivity expectations. Our independent contractors are trusted professionals. We value mutual respect, open communication, collaboration, and clinician autonomy without micromanagement or unnecessary hierarchy.

This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to gradually build into a full-time caseload. We are particularly looking for an SLP interested in supporting our preschool contracts and some after-school therapy, while having the flexibility and autonomy to develop a caseload that fits their interests and availability.

We are looking for someone who\n

• \n
• Holds a current Idaho SLP license and is able to practice independently
• \n
• Is passionate about pediatric therapy and family-centered care
• \n
• Communicates well and values collaboration
• \n
• Is dependable, compassionate, and clinically confident
• \n
• Appreciates flexibility and autonomy, and taking ownership of their clinical practice
• \n
• Is interested in building a long-term role within a supportive pediatric practice
• \n

We are open to a part-time to full-time arrangement with the right clinician.

\n

\n

Compensation is based on a per-service contractor rate and varies according to the services provided and applicable reimbursement rates. Compensation details will be openly discussed with qualified candidates.
