$75,000–$90,000/year | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Philadelphia Main Line

Are you an SLP who loves working with kids but is tired of feeling overbooked, unsupported, or burnt out?

At OWLS Therapy, we’ve built a practice designed for therapists, not just productivity. We believe you do your best work when you feel supported, valued, and have a manageable caseload.

We are looking for an experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Philadelphia Main Line team in a full-time, salaried position.

This role offers the stability of a guaranteed salary and benefits without the high-volume caseload often associated with pediatric therapy positions. Our goal is to give therapists the time, resources, and support they need to provide excellent care while building meaningful, long-term relationships with their clients and families.

About OWLS Therapy

OWLS Therapy is a boutique pediatric private practice providing speech and language therapy in clients' homes and schools throughout Philadelphia's Main Line, predominantly from Gladwyne to Wayne.

We love our clients, but more than anything, we LOVE our therapists! We believe happy, supported therapists provide the best care to their clients, so for us, it starts with creating an environment where our clinicians can thrive.

What Makes This Role Different

  • Guaranteed salary — your paycheck isn't dependent on cancellations, seasonal fluctuations, or weekly productivity
  • Manageable pediatric caseload focused on quality of care rather than maximizing the number of sessions in your day
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule
  • Autonomy in managing your daily schedule within your working hours and the needs of your caseload
  • Strong administrative support so you can focus on being a therapist
  • One-on-one therapy in children's homes and schools throughout the Main Line
  • Collaborative, team-first environment
  • Assessments, treatment materials, and other clinical resources provided
  • Company-provided scrubs
  • Established relationships with local schools and referral sources
Responsibilities

  • Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations using standardized assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized, functional treatment plans
  • Provide in-home and/or school-based therapy sessions of 30, 45, or 60 minutes
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to support carryover and generalization of skills
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation to track client progress
  • Communicate and collaborate with schools and other professionals as appropriate
  • Maintain availability throughout the workday to meet the needs of a pediatric caseload, including after-school appointments
  • Complete evaluations, make-up sessions, and other clinical responsibilities as scheduling needs arise
Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Pennsylvania license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes and schools throughout our Main Line service area
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Interest in a stable, long-term position with a growing pediatric private practice
Please note: This position is for a fully licensed SLP and is not available as a Clinical Fellowship position.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000–$90,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications
  • Health insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Paid time off
  • Paid holidays
  • Continuing education reimbursement
  • ASHA dues reimbursement
  • Pennsylvania license reimbursement
  • Company-provided scrubs
  • Assessments and treatment materials provided
  • Administrative and clinical support
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
