Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist SLP

Pediatric Partners part of the Sevita family is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist SLP to join our collaborative pediatric team. In this role, youll support children with speech language voice fluency and swallowing needs while partnering closely with families and an interdisciplinary care team.

 

As a Pediatric SLP, you will support children with a wide range of communication and developmental needs. Responsibilities include:

• Assess speech language articulation voice fluency and swallowing skills • Review medical history and conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations • Develop implement and evaluate individualized treatment plans • Provide skilled evidence-based speech-language therapy services • Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to maximize functional outcomes • Collaborate with physicians, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members • Educate parents, caregivers, and families to support carryover of skills at home • Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports • Coordinate care and communicate pertinent clinical information across care teams • Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain a safe, supportive therapy environment • Address client or employee concerns professionally and in accordance with policy • Perform other related duties as assigned

 

What Youll Bring

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist CCC-SLP preferred if applicable • Minimum of one year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist • Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills • Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative environment

 

Physical Requirements

This position requires medium work, including the ability to:

• Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally • Exert up to 30 pounds of force frequently • Exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly
