Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
Valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
Experience in school-based settings, pediatrics, and healthcare environments a plus
Proficiency in teletherapy practices and willingness to conduct remote sessions as needed
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services to students
Develop and implement IEPs, including participation in IEP meetings
Conduct assessments, interpret results, and communicate findings with families and staff
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support students' educational progress
Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines
Adapt services for teletherapy as appropriate
