Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in Missouri (or the ability to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellow applicants (CFY) are welcome
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings highly valued
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation a plus
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations of students’ speech and language skills
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapeutic interventions
• Maintain rigorous and timely student records and progress documentation
• Provide engaging in-person or remote services, adapting techniques to individual student needs
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to maximize student support and integration
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and ongoing professional development
