Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients.
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Mentor and support Speech-Language Pathologists and clinical staff.
- Assist with clinical supervision, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.
- Promote evidence-based practices and clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and department goals.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused team.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license (or ability to obtain).
- Pediatric therapy experience required.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for supporting the growth and development of fellow clinicians.
