Work alongside Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists in a supportive environment focused on delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients
  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Mentor and support Speech-Language Pathologists and clinical staff
  • Assist with clinical supervision, onboarding, and professional development initiatives
  • Promote evidence-based practices and clinical excellence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and department goals
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused team culture
