    Puzzle Pieces is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative team of clinicians to support children ages 12 and younger with a variety of communication needs. Our pediatric practice provides respectful,  family-centered, and neurodiversity affirming services from a multidisciplinary team of clinicians including speech-language pathologists, mental health clinicians, and occupational therapists.

    Responsibilities:
    • Maintain a diverse caseload with a variety of pediatric speech-language disorders
    • Implement tailored interventions for children that demonstrate creativity and passion
    • Collaborate with parents to provide unique, wrap-around support not found elsewhere.
    • Solve problems with flexibility and adapt to the diverse needs of our clients
    • Embrace independence while fostering a culture of lifelong learning and collaboration.
    Requirements:
    • Current Massachusetts SLP License
    • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (required)
    • Experience with, and a passion for working with children and families
    • An understanding of neurodiversity-affirming therapy is preferred.
    • Willingness to be a true team player with our interdisciplinary team and possess strong communication skills.
