Pediatric Partners is hiring a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy services in the Garland, Richardson, and Northeast Dallas areas. This opportunity is a great fit for an SLP who wants flexibility, meaningful pediatric work, mileage reimbursement, a strong PTO package, and the chance to grow clinically with feeding mentorship available.

What You’ll Do

As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs, goals, and family priorities
  • Provide direct speech therapy services in the home setting
  • Support skill development related to speech, language, communication, social interaction, feeding, and functional independence
  • Gain exposure to pediatric feeding with mentorship and support available
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to support meaningful outcomes
  • Partner closely with parents and caregivers to encourage carryover between visits
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, child-centered care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence, CCC-SLP, preferred
  • Clinical Fellows may be considered based on supervision and mentorship availability
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
  • Feeding experience or interest in feeding mentorship is a plus
  • Home health experience is a plus
  • Current CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned service area
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and family-centered approach to care
