Join a clinician-owned pediatric home health company in Aurora, CO! Seeking a pediatric SLP who loves to work with kids and families, on your own terms. You have input into your caseload, your driving radius, and complete autonomy over your schedule!

What You'll Earn:

• $68–$80+/visit
• 25 visits per week - on your own schedule!
• On target earnings potential 85K-105K+
• Incentive program on top of base per-visit rate

• You set your weekly schedule!
• You choose your driving radius
• You have selectivity of your caseload
• You work in children's homes, where the most meaningful progress happens
• You collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team that is fully supported from an admin, operations, and leadership team consisting of actual clinicians!

What We're Looking For:

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited SLP program
• Colorado SLP license (or currently eligible)
• ASHA CCC
• CFs welcome to apply!
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Genuine interest in pediatric home health and family-centered care
• Comfortable managing your own schedule in the field
• Collaborative communicator
