PediaStaff is a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing solutions, connecting passionate professionals with rewarding school-based and clinic opportunities since 2004. We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the Phoenix, West Valley Arizona Area. This opportunity is providing home visits to pediatric patients, and we have a full-time caseload just waiting for YOU! Qualifications:  
  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology 
  • Current AZ SLP License
  • We need someone with pediatric experience and are unable to consider new graduates
Role Overview
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat patients whose communication, cognitive, or swallowing abilities have been affected by developmental delays, disabilities, or medical conditions. You will work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary team members to support meaningful functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:   
  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Educate caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs.
  • Recommend and support AAC and assistive technology when appropriate.
  • Maintain compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
