About the Role: We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. Youll assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each childs functional independence and quality of life.

Whether youre looking for part-time or full-time, we offer a flexible schedule tailored to your availability and lifestyle.

Scheduling Options:

  • Part-Time: Fewer than 24 visits per week
  • Full-Time: 25+ visits per week

We offer consistent visits and offer caseloads near you.

Compensation:

  • Evaluation Rate: $100.00
  • Sign on Bonus: $2,000 sign on bonus for FT; $1,000 sign on bonus for PT with minimum visit requirement of 12 visits
  • Visit Rate: $75.00 per visit commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each childs needs.
  • Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
  • Educate families on home exercise programs, adaptive strategies, and daily living skills.
  • Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plan updates accurately.
  • Participate in care coordination, team meetings, and discharge planning.
  • Stay current with pediatric OT best practices and regulatory requirements.
