Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $38-$45 per 30 min visit OR $81k-$100k per year, depending on experience.
- Flexible full-time schedule: Choose between a four or five day workweek
- Medical insurance with 50% employer contribution.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric speech, language, and feeding concerns with evidence-based methods.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans focused on each child’s goals.
- Collaborate with families, providing education and support for home programs.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct re-evaluations and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Maintain thorough documentation to track progress and meet compliance.
- Engage in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance skills.
Qualifications
- Active or pending Texas SLP license
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish - basic conversational, does not need to be fluent
- Ability to work in-person in North Houston
- Must be willing to provide pediatric feeding therapy
- A warm and energetic individual committed to fostering long-lasting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
