Key Qualifications & Experience:
Active Washington SLP license required
Two or more years of prior experience in schools or pediatric settings is preferred
CCCs or CFY candidates welcome
Must possess an active Medicaid provider number, a complete CAQH profile, and credentials with additional insurance companies
Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic practices and collaborative, student-centered care
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver assessment, diagnostic, intervention, and consultative SLP services to students across various school terms (CSY, ESY, NSY)
Serve a flexible caseload (details to follow) with a weekly schedule of 35 hours
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create effective individualized education plans (IEPs)
Document progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
Support students through creative, engaging, and compassionate therapy sessions
