Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

A growing outpatient clinic is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join a collaborative, energetic team in Lafayette, CA. International candidates are welcome! This position comes with a wonderful career trajectory and the option to grow into leadership.

Position Highlights:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-one-one therapy, monitoring and documenting client progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in case discussions and team meetings
• Built-in documentation time
• Supervise SLPAs and/or CFs (or grow into this role!)
• Option to work 11- or 12-month schedule

Compensation and Benefits:

• $90k-$105k annual salary

What you need:

• Active or pending California Speech-Language Pathology License
• Openness to supervising SLPAs or newer clinicians
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Passion for working with children and eagerness to learn
• Willingness to work until 6p-6:30p a few days per week.
