Compensation
- Full-Time Hourly (W-2): $80,000–$100,000 annually | Full benefits included
- Pay-Per-Visit (W-2): $50–$56 per visit | Based on experience and PTO preference
Flexible Scheduling
- Traditional 5-day / 8-hour schedule
- Four 9-hour days plus a half-day Friday
- Four 10-hour days
- Availability for 2 evenings per week until 6:00 or 7:00 PM required
- Full-time benefits begin at 30 hours per week

Qualifications
- CCC-SLP required
- Washington State Speech-Language Pathology License
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Pediatric experience (including clinical fellowships and student internships)
- Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential
