New grads welcome
26 of 40 hours in direct patient care
Must hold a current or pending Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology
Flexible scheduling options: Four 10-hour days, four 9-hour days + half-day Friday or Traditional 5-day / 8-hour schedule
Compensation
Monolingual SLP (CF–CCC): $65,000–$85,000/year
Bilingual SLP (CF–CCC): $68,000–$90,000/year
Flexible pay models: Guaranteed hourly pay (40 hours worked = 40 hours paid) or hourly per-visit model

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active Texas SLP license (or in progress)
Pediatric experience preferred (internships accepted)
Strong clinical skills with a growth-oriented mindset
