Compensation & Full-Time Benefits

CTN's pay structure is founded on a minimum base rate with additional pay for performance, profit sharing, and bonuses. The better we do, the better you do!

• Full-Time Salary: $75K to $120K annually (based on your experience and performance record)

• Part-Time Pay: Averages $55K–$75K

Your Mission as Our Pediatric Speech Therapist Supervisor

The purpose of this position is to provide excellent supervision of our licensed therapist assistants and/or CFY-SLPs who provide interventions to families that CTN serves, in order to achieve functional goals to help children grow.

Our clinical team is the backbone of Children’s Therapy Network and responsible for the delivery of excellent care by providing quality therapy services. Through a collaborative effort with other healthcare providers, you will promote improved function of our clients through therapeutic interventions and education to patients, families, and caregivers on ways to support the clients that we serve.

What We Expect From Our Supervising Speech Language Pathologist

• Excellent supervision and mentoring so that our licensed assistants and CFY-SLPs can meet the expectations below:

  • 95% Positive customer satisfaction surveys measured randomly

    
    

    
    

  • 80% Proposed Goals met by re-evaluation

    
    

    
    

  • 100% of billable hours served, per individual Employment agreement

    
    

    
    

  • 90% of arrivals or higher per scheduled hours

    
    

    
    

  • 100% of daily documentation completed within 24 hours of seeing the patient

    
    

    
    

  • 100% of all Evaluations/Re-evaluations/Progress documentation completed within 48 - 72 hours of seeing the patient

    
    

    
    

Qualifications & Preferred Traits

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• College Degree

• Active SLP license in California

• ASHA CCCs must be valid and up to date

• 3-year minimum experience

• Experience in pediatric speech therapy is a PLUS
