Responsibilities
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP • Implement treatment plans to support each childs speech language social communication and feeding goals • Promote skill carryover by incorporating therapy strategies into daily routines and home environments • Monitor client progress and communicate updates with the supervising SLP • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy strategies at home • Maintain accurate timely documentation including daily notes and progress updates • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated family-centered care

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelors degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program required • Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license or eligibility for licensure required • Pediatric experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply • A genuine passion for helping children and families reach their communication goals is essential
