The Triage Nurse (LPN/RN) is key in promoting high quality, patient-centered care. She/he is responsible for assisting in patient management; proper documentation of medical transactions, managing triage calls in a consistent and timely manner: partnering with patient/family and pediatric care team on population management: and assisting in the daily operations of the office. The Triage Nurse is expected to maintain open, effective communication with the physicians, practice managers, practice executives, co-workers, patients, and outside vendors/agencies.
