Traditional Pediatrics (Inpatient & Outpatient)

Position Highlights:

• Work-Life Balance: 4.5-day workweek, typical hours 8:30-4:30 M-Th and 8:30-Noon on Fridays (clinics close at noon Fridays)
• Desirable Practice Setting: Join a growing Pediatrics team, anticipated to grow to 3 Pediatricians total; be part of the interview and selection process for future hires
• Caseload: Mostly outpatient, with 15-20 outpatient patients per day and 1-2 inpatient patients per day
• Modern Facility: State-of-the-art ORs, full-service lab and imaging, 24/7 ED, and a system-wide EPIC EMR rollout in 2026

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $250,000 for the first 3 years, + Production Incentive:
• Annual Retention Bonus
• Professional Development: $5,000 annual CME allowance (up to $1,000 may carry over per year)
• Generous Time Off: 6 weeks PTO per year (vacation, illness, and CME), plus 6 paid holidays

Qualifications:

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: BC or BE in Pediatrics
• Licensure: Must be able to obtain a South Dakota license and pass hospital credentialing
• Sponsorship: Yes, J-1 or H1B
