Pediatrician at Kaiser Permanente Northwest

Northwest Permanente, P.C. is looking for board-certified or board-eligible Pediatricians to join our physician-led, self-governed medical group. We have exciting opportunities in the Portland, OR metro area, where you'll find a supportive and collaborative environment designed to help you thrive.

This is an outpatient-only role, and we welcome new graduates—you’ll benefit from a strong onboarding process and dedicated mentorship. Our integrated care model ensures seamless access to specialists, and we offer flexible scheduling with a light call rotation. You'll be working with the EPIC EMR system, making documentation and coordination smooth and efficient.

We offer a highly competitive salary, along with opportunities for leadership and shareholder roles. The position is PSLF-eligible, and we provide a relocation allowance of up to $15,000, plus a generous hiring bonus at select locations. Our benefits include a 21% employer contribution to retirement plans, including a pension with no employee match required, and 90%+ employer-paid health coverage. You’ll also receive annual education leave and an allowance to support your continued growth.

To join us, you’ll need an MD or DO degree, an Oregon medical license (or eligibility to obtain one), and board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
