Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Pediatrician eager to become part of a flourishing practice within a secure, physician-led, multispecialty environment.

We are in search of a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician. You will be joining a compassionate team of five Pediatricians focused on patient and family-centered care. Our Pediatrics department is situated in the picturesque Old Mill District clinic, operating from Monday to Saturday. Our close-knit, dynamic care team is committed to supporting pediatric patients and their families throughout Central Oregon. We take pride in our patients and our collaborative team spirit!

Our organization is a physician-led and professionally managed multispecialty group practice located in Central Oregon, with facilities in Bend, Redmond, Sisters, and Sunriver. We encompass over 200 providers across 30 specialties, delivering care to more than 60,000 individuals in the region. Our medical group has established itself as a leader in quality care, achieving a remarkable 4.9-star rating or higher on nearly all value-based contracts, ranking in the top decile for customer satisfaction, and earning a perfect CMS Quality (MIPS) score of 100 out of 100 for the past three years.
