We’re hiring a Pediatrician who wants meaningful patient relationships, long-term stability, and a predictable outpatient schedule.
You’ll step into a clinical or outpatient role focused on comprehensive pediatric primary care. You will work with strong administrative support and a collaborative care team. Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $200,000 to $250,000
- Bonus or incentives: Non-production model focusing on quality care
- Health insurance: 75% employer paid medical coverage

- PTO: 160 hours of vacation, 40 hours of personal time, and 10 paid holidays
