University of Maryland Shore Medical Group at Easton is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join a well-established outpatient practice with an expanding footprint, including a new location in Chestertown, Maryland.
This is a strong opportunity to practice 100% outpatient pediatrics in a supportive, community-focused environment with excellent system-wide referral support.
Practice Details
- 100% outpatient pediatric practice
- Patient population: Birth through age 19
- Services include:
- Well-child visits
- Sick visits
- Immunizations
- Preventive care and patient education
- Monday–Friday schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Light call requirements
- EPIC EMR
- Advanced Practice Provider support (solo physician model)
- Opportunity for practice growth and expansion
- Strong referral network within UMMS
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care
- Manage routine and acute pediatric conditions
- Deliver preventive care and family education
- Build long-term relationships with patients and families
- Collaborate with APPs and care team
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $259,976
- Based on MGMA and SullivanCotter benchmarks
- Commensurate with experience and training
- Incentive-based compensation opportunity
- Sign-on options (choose one):
- $20,000–$25,000 bonus OR
- $50,000 housing allowance (year one)
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active Maryland medical license (or eligibility)
- DEA certification
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred (ability to work independently in outpatient setting)
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
