Qualifications and Requirements:
  • MD or DO degree
  • Unrestricted state medical license
  • Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain one
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible (ABP)
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatrics Residency program
  • Board certification must be achieved within five years of eligibility
  • BLS certification
