The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Responsibilities include conducting well child visits and sick visits for a pediatric patient population in an on-site, community-based setting. Board Certified or Board Eligible status, a New York medical license, DEA registration, and prescriptive authority are required for this position.
