- One pediatric hospitalist scheduled each day with support of floor staff
- Average census during winter 8-10 patients with the majority being nursery
- Level II nursery
- Average of 800 deliveries per year
- Requirements:
- Must be NRP certified and attend high risk deliveries
- Ability to do circumcisions preferred
- Compensation: $230,000
- Benefits: Full Benefits
- $40,000 Sign-on bonus
- $30,000 total retention bonus
- $15,000 in relocation reimbursement
- $6,000 CME annually
- Malpractice with tail included at no cost
