Pediatrician needed in Mattoon, IL - $265,000 + 40K Sign on (Outpatient)

  • One of our most beloved pediatric nurse practitioners is retiring
  • This clinic is on the hospital campus
  • No inpatient responsibility as we have pediatric hospitalists
• Compensation: 
  • $265,000 base salary
  • Bonuse based on RVU production
  • Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary
• Benefits: Full Benefits
  • $40,000 Sign-on bonus
  • $30,000 total retention bonus
  • $15,000 in relocation reimbursement 
  • 33 days of PTO
  • 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
  • Malpractice with tail included at no cost
