This clinic is on the hospital campus
No inpatient responsibility as we have pediatric hospitalists
Compensation:
$265,000 base salary
Bonuse based on RVU production
Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary
Benefits: Full Benefits
$40,000 Sign-on bonus
$30,000 total retention bonus
$15,000 in relocation reimbursement
33 days of PTO
5 days + $6,000 CME annually
Malpractice with tail included at no cost
Health/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability
403b with employer match
