Magnolia Lane Pediatrics, a Memorial Hermann affiliated private practice, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join its expanding team in the thriving Cypress, Texas community. This is a new growth opportunity to become part of a collaborative practice committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to children and their families.

Opportunity Highlights

• Memorial Hermann affiliated private practice
• New growth position
• Join 2 experienced Pediatricians with 10 dedicated support staff
• Average 20 patients per day
• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Minimal call responsibilities - after-hours calls are screened through a pediatric nurse triage service first, resulting in very few physician calls each year
• Epic EMR
• Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus structure
• Located in Cypress, Texas, one of the fastest-growing and most family-friendly communities in the Houston area

Clinical Practice

Physicians are supported in performing procedures based on their training and comfort level, including:

• Incision & Drainage (I&D)
• Suture and staple removal
• Fluorescein eye examinations

Training and mentorship are available for physicians looking to build experience with these procedures.

Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply

• Excellent communication skills with patients, parents, and staff
