Pediatrician – Outpatient Clinic | Providence, RI

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a compassionate Pediatrician to join a well-established, community-centered outpatient clinic located in Providence, Rhode Island. This group has been caring for families in the community for decades and continues to expand access to high-quality pediatric care.

This is a fully outpatient role with no weekends, offering a balanced schedule and a warm, collaborative atmosphere where providers are truly supported.

Position Highlights

• Weekday Schedule Only – No nights, no weekends

• Team-based environment with strong clinical support

• Work alongside a diverse group of clinicians across multiple specialties

• Dedicated Medical Assistant and shared RN support

• Epic EMR system already in place

• Full-time schedule: 4 days in clinic + 1 remote administrative day

What We’re Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

• Active or eligible for Rhode Island medical license

• Passion for community health and continuity of care

• Bilingual (Spanish) is valued but not required
