Pediatrician - Eugene, OR
PeaceHealth is seeking a Pediatrician to join our outpatient-focused pediatric team in the Eugene/ Springfield community.
Practice pediatrics in a collaborative clinic setting while living in a community known for outdoor access and work-life balance. This role offers a team-based environment with strong peer support and the opportunity to care for patients across the pediatric spectrum.
Position Highlights
- Primarily outpatient Pediatrics
- Collaborative, team-based care across multiple clinic sites

Clinical Practice and Call
- Outpatient clinic responsibilities with shared after-hours coverage
- Evening, weekend, and holiday coverage shared across the pediatric group
- Balanced call structure designed to support patient access and physician sustainability
Clinical Support and Resources
- Epic electronic medical record
- Established pediatric group with strong collaboration across sites
- Regular meetings for case review, education, and department coordination
Compensation and Benefits
- First-year salary guarantee: $275,100 (1.0 FTE)
