What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient pediatric care in a high-demand, community-focused clinic setting
• Manage an average of 25 patients per day, including routine well-child visits and acute care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient management
• Document all patient encounters accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EPIC or similar)
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach
• Support the clinic’s mission to serve socioeconomically challenged populations
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment that values diversity and teamwork

What You Need

• Active California medical license and DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Pediatrics
• BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of pediatric outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and cultural competence, including bilingual Spanish skills a plus
