This is a hybrid home-and-field position with significant travel throughout St. Louis County to support clients, clinicians, and care delivery. This is not a fully remote position.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an RN Pediatric Clinical Manager for the St. Cloud Pediatrics (SCP) office in Minnesota. The office provides adult and pediatric skilled nursing services as well as pediatric personal care services.
In this role, you will help ensure that medically fragile clients receive safe, consistent, and compassionate care in their homes. You will serve as a clinical resource for field employees, a trusted partner to clients and families, and a key member of the office leadership team. Your leadership will help strengthen continuity of care, support clinician success, and uphold BAYADA's professional, ethical, and safety standards.
Our Skilled Nursing practice provides expert, compassionate care to medically fragile children and adults in the home. Care may include complex needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator support, seizure management, and tube feedings.
Position summary
The Clinical Manager leads field staff in delivering excellent client service, clinical care, quality, and adherence to policies and procedures. The role combines clinical leadership, case management, staff development, client and family support, and operational partnership.
The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between the field and home-based work. Some days may focus on client visits, assessments, supervisory visits, clinician coaching, or care coordination. Other days may include documentation, case review, care-plan updates, staffing collaboration, and follow-up with clients, families, clinicians, and office leadership.
What the hybrid role looks like
Hybrid flexibility is built into the position to support both responsive clinical leadership and efficient administrative work. The role requires regular in-person engagement and travel throughout the service area.
