  • Experience: Prior outpatient/community health experience preferred; clean background required; EPIC EMR experience a plus

Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $73.20/hour

What You’ll Do
  • Provide pediatric primary care to patients from newborns to adolescents in a community health setting
  • Support a high-volume clinic seeing up to 16 patients daily in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team including medical assistants, receptionists, mental health therapists, dietitians, and onsite physicians
  • Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
  • Support vulnerable populations, including migrants and refugees, with interpretative services available onsite
  • Complete patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
  • Support continuity of care and health education for diverse pediatric populations

What You Need
  • Active Washington State Nursing License and DEA registration
  • Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Pediatric or Family Practice
  • Experience in outpatient and community health settings preferred
  • Ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
